Windows 10 Kernel Power Error 41(63)

Recently bought ram mobo and processor. I started getting hard hangs once in a while and tried different fixes i had a ryzen 2600x so i set the ram speed to 3000 instead of 3200 mhz. Didn't get the error for two days and then it was here again. Can't create dump file because i don't get a blue screen I lose power to mouse, keyboard and i think also gpu but the mobo lights are still on and processor fan is spinning. Plz help
