Zhao Tzu needs tech help

(specs) Using a Hp compaq 6200 Pro MT PCIntel core i5-2400 3.10 Ghz(information) My keyboard works fine When I go to bios But it doesn't seems to work after start upIn fact I can't use the USB port on this pc every port doesn't seems to work after start up If I light up my keyboard before start up it glows but unresponsive afterwards meaning, I can't turn it off (how it happened) I press recovery mode with saved progress afterwards the USB ports is unresponsive (tried) -putting different usb ports -removing the cmos battery with the plug and turn it on againSo I am kinda lost on what to do
