Help, I am having this issue,
Please respond if you know why this is happening, or how to resolve the issue:
Just recently, a few days ago I switched on my PC and began the process of starting it up; throughout the BIOS screen and boot process all was well and good, up until I had reached the sign in page. I noticed that immediately after finishing up in the BIOS and booting windows, the lights on my keyboard and mouse had turned off while I was at the sign in page, from this both keyboard and mouse were unable to process any inputs and I couldn't log on to my pc or interact in any way. The only solution I found so far was to reset my pc and reinstall windows using a recovery USB.
After resetting everything was working well until I went to restart my PC because of some audio issues I was having; but as soon as I restarted my PC, it immediately stopped working properly and I had the same issue happen again.
I don't know why this is happening but it has led to me reinstalling Windows 3 separate times now. Along with this, when troubleshooting in the recovery menu from my USB, the auto repair function wouldn't work, and I couldn't uninstall the most recent feature and quality updates.
If you have any idea what's wrong, or how to fix it, please resond.
Keyboard and Mouse:
K: Redragon K552 KUMARA
M: Razer DeathAdder Elite
Also, not sure if this is important, but the storage device I boot from is a Samsung SSD.
