Dear Microsoft Community,

I have been using an ASUS X55U6R laptop for the last 4 years. Until the last update everything was fine. After Windows 10 2004 update the keyboard is not responding for combination of Keys. For e.g Ctrl+Alt+Del is not working. Single key is working fine. For e.g. Alt Tab, Alt F4, Ctrl C, Ctrl V is working. I have tried all the troubleshooting options including downgrading the OS to 1903, upgrading the BIOS to 316 version, Keyboard checked, Keyboard drivers are updated, Intel chipset drivers are updated etc. But still the problem is not solved.

I am worried that the Windows 10 2004 update has affected the chipset. Kindly let me know if there is a way to solve the issue. Please do not send automated links to troubleshoot the keyboard problem because all the options are tried and done as mentioned earlier. I am not sure why Microsoft would release an update which would affect the system.

Kindly let me know the solution for this issue at the earliest.

Regards

Amit
