Windows 10 Keyboard is typing multiple things when a key is pressed

My laptop started typing different character combos when I press a key. "f" produces a "5f" and enter command" the ";" produces "-" And so. I also spilt `a tiny droplet of soda on it `accidentally I'm unsure on how to 5fix this.
