Windows 10 keyboard issues

I have a HP probook 640 g2 and i am facing issues with keyboard. some of the keys are not working, i also checked troubleshooting keyboard it shows no error and i think an external keyboard will work nice becasue i tested it few days back, so i cant understand what to do
