Windows 11 Keyboard keys problem

Hi ,I have bought hp envy 360 laptop and the keyboard keys are jot working right .My “ button is above 2 and i had checked from language settings it is uk language set . But some of keys are not functioning propey eg when i press shift @ it appears as A with dots above it .if i press button with = it appear as ‘ - appear as + etc I am not getting what is the problem . Can you please help me in
