Windows 11 Keyboard layout has Afrikaans as an option when it has not been installed

I have English (UK) and Greek keyboards installed but when I switch between keyboards, Afrikaans (UK) is also an option. It does not show up in any lanuage settings, and when I try to install it to then uninstall it properly, it installs Afrikaans (US) instead, and so I can't seem to get rid of it.
