Windows 11 Keyboard layout reset at restart

Hi, so, when I restart my PC, a new keyboard layout that I never added appears. I only want to keep one, the English (US), so every time I go to settings, I have to add those languages and then remove them . This way works, but I have to do this every time I restart. My country is Italy and that's why (at least i think) it adds Italy, but I have no idea why it adds UK too. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
