When I get to startup settings, I get these options, but no matter what I try, the options just wont work.things i tried:Replacing the cmos batteryChanging the usb port of the keyboardClean installation of windowsNote: I've tried finding if there is a usb legacy option in the bios/uefi but there isn't.
