Windows 11 Keyboard not working unless using Task Scheduler

Hello, this problem came out of nowhere. The keys that won't work are 4, 5, R, T, F, G, V, and B. I've tried to check for any problems, update the keyboard's driver, and uninstall the keyboard. Nothing seems to work.The only thing that worked was to run Task Scheduler -> TextServiceFramework -> Enable (Disable then Enable again) -> Run -> Restart. My keyboard was able to run without any problems after that. However, the keyboard problems came back after I closed the laptop for a while (sleep/shut down).
