Windows 11 Keyboard randomly stopped working

Ok so my Lenovo Legion keyboard has randomly stopped working after I didnt use it for a week. Apparantly, the keyboard driver is corrupted to the point where SFC and DISM can not fix it. Also, it will not let me reset my pc to factory settings, but that is off topic. How do I fix my keyboard driver? It says that kbdhid.sys is corrupted.
