Windows 11 Keyboard repeat delay keeps automatically switching back to Long instead of Short were I want it.

I have a lenovo IdeaPad 5i Pro.Almost every day when I turn my laptop back on my keyboard repeat rate is switched to Long.It is annoying having to switch this to short every time I turn on the laptop.If anyone has a fix for this I would appreciate it soooooooo much.This is how it shows every day pretty much before I change it to Short and then click Apply and OK.
