Windows 10 Keys on Thinkbook 14 Gen 4 Releasing While Held and Not Responding Consistently

I'm currently experiencing an issue where a specific set of keys on my Thinkbook 14's keyboard are not responding to inputs consistently. I used an online keyboard tester and discovered that the keys are sometimes being released while I'm still holding the key, and changing the pressure I apply to the key appears to have no impact. The keys impacted by this are Q, W, E, R, U, I, O, P. What's odd about this is that the only keys affected are all on the same row of the keyboard and are all right next to each other (with the exception of T and Y which are the only letter keys on that row which do
