Windows 10 Keys will not repeat on my keyboard when I hold them down

My wireless (usb) keyboard will not repeat keys when i press them down, if I wanted to delete something, instead of holding down backspace, I have to press it continuously over and over again until it deletes it. My keyboard on my laptop is fine, it's the wireless keyboard that will not work properly and I have tried everything to fix this. I even went as far as hard resetting my PC to try and fix this problem but it didn't work.Yes I have tried holding down the right shift button, I have tried turning off filter keys (even though they were already turned off in the first place), I have tried
