Windows 10 KMODE exception not handled after disk clone hdd to ssd

I cloned my 2TB HDD to a 4TB SSD with Macrium Reflect. Now whenever I boot up, I get the Kmode exception not handled BSOD. I have tried every method I've found to troubleshoot but nothing has fixed it. Data scans show no errors. The strange thing is I am not stuck in a BSOD loop as the system shows the kmode error, but then reboots and starts up normally. I am unable to enter safe mode for some reason. Windows boots normally from the old HDD but this kmode error occurs every time I boot from the new SSD. I don't understand what is causing the issue or how to fix it.
