Windows 7 LAN adapter keeps disconnecting me but only on Facebook

Hi,

Only on Facebook my LAN adapter keeps getting thrown off line. Often but not every time I send my comments, a small exclamation point appears in the Network Access box and I then have to go through the trouble shooting screens to restore it. It only happens on Facebook. I've tried to remedy it with online info but it's too confusing to me. Thanks...
