Windows 11 lan usb adapter (typeC), which is identified as Realtek USB Gbe doesn't work

Hello all! I have a laptop Xiaomi notebook pro 15,6, i-7 (Win11pro), a router Redmi AX6 and a lan usb adapter (typeC), which is identified as Realtek USB Gbe Family Controller. When I connect my laptop to the router by wire, the system (network eth) works for a couple of minutes, then starts "flashing", i.e. constantly on/off identification. At one resource, I was told that the router has a voltage of 1.05 and 1.8V but the controller supports 3.3 volts. And therefore cannot work with this router ax6. Confirm this to me, please.
