Windows 11 Language discrepancies (input and display language)

Hi. My windows came with some weird Polish windows installation version. I reset display language to English. Despite that, being mostly English, it has places where it still shows things in Polish, such as sound settings:Also, in my input languages I have two Polish versions which seem to be somehow hardcoded, because in input languages they are not shown:This is what it looks like in settings:
