Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with my Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller in Windows. When I open Properties > Advanced, the options for configuring the adapter are displayed in a mix of Bulgarian and English. I would like all options to be displayed entirely in English.I have already tried the following solutions:Changed the Windows language and regional settings to English (both US and UK).Reviewed and modified the relevant registry settings (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language), but the issue persists.Uninstalled and reinstalled the network adapter driver.De
