Windows 11 Language & keyboard issues

I am having issues regarding the Windows display and keyboard language.What I want: Windows displays everything in English, and there are two available keyboard options, English (primary) and Greek (secondary).What I currently have (which I have a problem with): Windows displays some things in English, and others in Greek, there are two available keyboard options, Greek (primary) and English (secondary).I have tried playing around with the language & region settings but I have yet to find a configuration which suits my needs.
