Windows 11 language not showing up

Hi all, I'm helping a friend with a project that requires Amharic to be installed on three computers. So, I installed the language pack on the first computer, following the steps here, Install a language for Windows - Microsoft Support. When I went to install the language pack on the other computers, I found it had already been installed. Unfortunately, I didn't check to see whether the first computer had this issue, but when I tried to change the display language on the others, the only thing in that box was English. What's my
