Windows 11 Language pack not downloading + uninstalled language still there

I used to have the Japanese language pack, but last week it just suddenly disappeared (no updates or new programs), and now I cannot reinstall it. It always gets stuck at downloading the Basic Typing feature, I have tried troubleshooting keyboard and of course restarting the PC. The internet was working fine. I don't think it's Japanese specific because it's the same for French.Moreover, the Greek language pack, which I used to have but have uninstalled, is still there and functional, even though it's not in the list on the left anymore.
