Windows 11 Laptop (and games) start running terribly after a few hours of heavy gaming

Hi. I am not a tech whiz, I don’t really understand too much about gaming laptops and such, so bear with me please.I have an MSI Gaming Laptop (a Stealth 15M A11UEK) with an RTX 3060, i7 11th gen and 16GB RAM, 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD and running on Windows 11. I’ve had it for a little under two years (Christmas 2021.)I recently wiped my laptop clean after having some storage issues that I couldn’t find the root of, and for a while it was okay.
