Windows 11 Laptop battery capacity suddenly decreased

I own a 2-year-old HP Pavilion laptop.On the 25th, within 35 minutes, the battery suddenly dropped from 99% to 6%. Ever since then, not only doesn't the battery last more than an hour or two, the battery doesn't charge all the way to 100 but instead, in the 69-75% range.After I realized there's a problem, I went on several websites to try and find out what I could do to figure out the problem. I saw sources saying to do a battery report, so I did and found out that both design capacity and full charge capacity went down from 39917 mWh to 39420 mWh (on the day this started) to 36960 mWh (right
