Windows 11 Laptop can’t connect to wifi

My HP Envy can’t connect to wifi, let alone even detect networks. I’ve tried restarting the computer & I reset the network settings, but still no progress. There’s no “wifi” section on the taskbar & it also doesn’t have available networks. In the settings it just tells me that I’m not connect to any networks and says “get help”. The other options in the network and internet screen are: VPN, airplane mode (which I can’t even turn on, it’s grayed out), proxy, dial up, and advanced network settings.What should I do to fix this?
