Windows 11 Laptop can't start. Says it needs to restart. stopcode: UNMOUNTED BOOT VOLUME

Good morning I had a problem where I followed an instruction on this website suggested by DaveM121 about an issue I had regarding a pop up of WindowsService.exe when I start pc. Dave suggested that we delete the windows server thing from autorun section. I did now my pc gives me the blue screen with stopcode: UNMOUNTED BOOT VOLUME. Please help, I fear I'd lose work documents and projects I didn't backup anywhere.I had also updated my windows a few minutes before this issue.
