Windows 11 Laptop connected to Wi-Fi but showed up that cannot connect to network

Hello, my laptop is Windows 11, and it has this problem for two days: It clearly shows that it connects to Wi-Fi, but I cannot use Chrome, Microsoft Edge or any browser, I cannot use any website because it said that I needed to connect to a network. I think the problem is not from the Wi-Fi, I don’t have any issue while using my phone with this Wi-Fi, my television’s internet is still fine, too.I have tried to: restart the laptop, use troubleshooter, restart the adapter on laptop, turn off VPN, these are all I could do and find on the Internet.
