Windows 11 Laptop connects to WIFI but I can’t access the internet

I know this problem sounds similar to some other questions, but I worked through all of them and sadly none worked for me. I’m currently abroad, which could be an important factor.Basically my Laptop connects to any wifi with now problem and it also says “connected, secured”, but if I try to use a program which requires an internet connection or just try google it doesn’t work. On Chrome it says, that my internet connection is locked.
