Windows 11 Laptop crashing w/ flashing screen and loud buzzing

My Lenovo V15-IIL has started crashing. I've included some images of what happens on the screen. it keeps flashing like this until I force restart, and sometimes makes a really loud buzzing sound whilst it's crashing.It only seems to happen when I click the mousepad or move the laptop (it doesn't happen every time I do it, those actions are what trigger it).The laptop works perfectly aside from this one issue. Windows regularly updates, all drivers are working and updated, all downloaded apps/programs are safe and reputable. I'm at a total loss!! Anyone had this issue before?pics:https://docs.
