Hi I need help Today i I opened the laptop normally without any problems. After a few minutes, I pressed the taskbar to open the Wi-Fi, but it got stuck. When I tried to open the settings, it opened and closed automatically than became very slow Then A blue screen appeared and hung for a few moments then restarted. When I restarted, this message appeared. I pressed Ok Then restart again But the Windows logo does not appear and it remains stuck on a black screen When entering the BIOS One of the hard disk is not there (hard disk not detected)I restarted it several times.
