Windows 11 Laptop fans throtle to 99% or 7900RPM for at least 3 - 5 min after restarting windows update at 7/10/24, what happen?

my laptop Asus TUF A15 2024 Ryzen 9, is 1 month old. On the screenshot, 3 files got updated Windows update 11 v. 23H2 and 2 cumulative updates after restarting its fan throttle to the max. the condition of the laptop is unplugged, just turn it on, then update, restart and the throttling happens.
