Windows 10 Laptop Freeze, need to shutdown and reboot

Took SSD from old laptop and installed in new one (actually a refurbished laptop), and booted up. All was well until the whole system froze (with whatever was on the screen just staying as is with no response from curser or any other key input). I needed to shut down and re-start (which it did). This happens now occasionally (like anywhere from 2 times a day to once every couple of days).Anything you can help with would be appreci
