Windows 11 Laptop keyboard acting strangely

Approximately once a week I encounter a frustrating issue: the laptop keyboard seems to go into a strange modeEvery application is affected, not just one. Caps is reversed - caps off = QWERTY caps on = qwertyALT+S in Notepad++ resulted in "Save as" vs opening the Search menu (CTRL + ALT + S does result in "Save As" normally)Single cursor click on text results in selecting random blocks of text without holding anything downCtrl+Alt+Del does not work in this modeIt partially seems like CTRL is getting stuck, however that doesn't explain the capsI am quite certain I am not accidentally
