Windows 10 Laptop keyboard is not working

Hello, I use window 10 Dell laptop. I tried to press the keyboard but is not working. Although it's light is work. Then I restart my computer, the screen is lag and I see a lot app is turn on. Is there anyway to fix that? I search all the way to fix that on google but it is not working. Please help me.
