Hi,
I have Asus ROG Zephyrus G Ryzen 7 Quad Core (GA502DU-AL025T) with windows 10 64 bit Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362
Recently due to some random windows update when I boot my laptop (not restart) at the login screen my keyboard becomes unresponsive.
I have to login using onscreen keyboard and even after logging in the keyboard is still unresponsive.
After logging in using the onscreen keyboard I checked the device manager and it did not show any error on the keyboard devices.
Here is an image of my device manager.
I was trying different things to make the keyboard work and found out when I put my laptop to sleep and wake up using the keyboard it starts working again and it seems that restart also fixes my laptop keyboard.
This is another surprise that laptop function key combinations are working fine after a cold boot like volume up, down, brightness up/down, etc.
What have I tried so far:
1. Updating drivers which resulted in device manager stating my drivers were latest
2. Troubleshooting keyboard which showed no errors found
3. Updated windows to latest version (which actually resulted in this)
This is seriously annoying and hindering my efficiency at work any help from anyone on this matter will be appreciated
