Windows 11 Laptop lagging after clean install of windows 11 on my Dell Inspiron 5518 using a bootable iso pendrive, created using Media Creation tool.

Hi I created a bootable Pendrive for windows 11 using the Media Creation tool and I then did a clean install of windows 11, removing the previous oem version of win 11 that was running in my Dell Inspiron 5518. I even formatted all the drives too and downloaded all the drivers using the Intel Driver and support assist, dell support assist and also did all the updates that were available. Now my laptop is lagging and giving errors also it is very slow. Please help.
