Windows 10 laptop makes noises, and super slow , after update windows 10

my laptop makes noises, it doens't sound like the fan, more likely, the chip is running something. and my computer is super slow whenever I try to run a program or even open a new file window. I tried recover to the version that I backuped, it does not solve the problem.
