Windows 11 laptop not shutting down properly after update. draining battery 6% every 7 hours.

This is a windows update for windows 11 issue . they keep breaking things so the laptop won't run correctly. I had changed settings to get the laptop to shutdown completely, by turning off fast start up. SO it would NOT CRASH ON SHUTDOWN AFTER LOW POWER WARNING WAS ISSUED. WHERE IT FREEZES AND WILL NOT SHUT OFF IN A LOCKED SCREEN STATE WITH THE MOVING CIRCLE OF DOTS FROZEN IN PLACE. during the shutdown process. this went to hell with the most recent windows 11 forced update. THAT DOWNLOADED ON A LAPTOP, WHERE SETTING WAS SET TOO "NETWORK THAT WAS TURNED OFF. "AFTER FORCED AGAINST MY WIL
