Problem summary: I've got a Lenovo V15-ADA Laptop running Windows 11 which randomly crashes with a black screen. As soon as it gets stuck on a blackscreen, all peripherals go dark too, and it usually takes a manual power-off and on, though occasionally it reboots itself straight away instead. The timing of the crashes seems completely random and unrelated to the load I'm putting on the computer. Actions taken: - Temperature: From the manual monitoring I've done, the temperature does not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. I've had the internal parts cleaned and am using a basic laptop stand. However,
