Hello recently my dell laptop started freaking out. I have dropped my laptop many times because i travel a lot.Yesterday i was just playing games and i hit my table and my pc got frozen while the audio was looping a terrible sound when i restarted it i was recommended by microsoft troubleshoot to factory reset my pc and so i did and when it was done with the instalation whilst having a black screen for 30 minutes i turned it off and then had no windows installed. Now i freshly installed windows 10 through an usb stick and it sometimes randomly just freezes and i have to shut it off i have look
