After not using my school laptop for about a week, I boot it to a blue screen (Error Code: 0xc000000e). "Your PC/Device needs to repaired, A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media, contact your PC administrator."I installed windows media creation tool on a usb to reinstall windows, but when I plugged in the usb and booted to it, I got a different error code: 0xc0000221: "The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernal is missing or contains errors."
