Windows 11 Laptop reboots while in sleep mode or freezes while in operation

In a single day my laptop has been freezing up and requiring a hard reboot. Or when I wake it up from sleep only to find it has rebooted while it was sleeping. The event viewer always shows this right before the event happens:Windows boot environment failed load the HSP firmware. StatusCode: {File Not Found}The file %hs does not exist., Reason: Failed to detect HSP device.I have tried all the various things to solve this and nothing seems to be working. What can I do?
