Windows 10 Laptop restart when use dedicated GPU and return error 41 in event log.

My laptop keeps restart when I use dedicate GPU and when I reinstalling the NVIDIA driver. I check the event log and it has error 41 kernel-power. I have tried reinstall the window 10, window 11 but it keeps happening whenever I install the NVIDIA driver or use dedicated GPU with high power consumption.
