Windows 11 laptop restarts itself

Hi all,I am using a ACER laptop with Windows 11 and NVIDIA RTX 3050 4GB RAM. It randomly froze and restarted itself one day, and once it did, I realised that the frame rate when i run games seemed to drop significantly. Is there any kind soul who can advise me on how to fix this? Thank you
