Windows 10 Laptop says that it is plugged in with "0% available" despite being unplugged and having charge.

This started a day or two ago, but even when my laptop isn't plugged in to charge, the battery icon on the taskbar says that it is charging, and it constantly states that there is 0% battery remaining. The image I have attached (taken when the laptop was NOT plugged in) shows what pops up when I click on the battery icon, and when I hover over it, it says: "0% available (plugged in)".I have also uploaded some battery information which may be of use.So far, I haven't noticed any other adverse effects and everything seems to be in good working order.
