Windows 11 laptop shutsdown not properly instead of sleeping when I close the lid, then re open it. blue screen

Hello, I want some help to fix this issue: my laptop shutdown and gets stuck instead of sleeping when I close the lid.I have an HP(Victus) laptop windows 11I tried the following:1. change power plan settings (sleep, hibernate, etc played with values and still doesnt work)2. did update all my drivers, and also updated my bios (still didnt fix it), updated to latest updated.3. did some cmd commands like /sfc scannow , and powercfg /energy, powercfg /restoredefaultschemes.Important note: when I check EventViewer at the moment this shutdown or stuck happens, it shows that there is a critical error
