Windows 10 Laptop stopped charging and won't turn on randomly

I have a Dell latitude 7280 (I repaired it myself and as been working for a long time) and I was using it until it said 'your battery is low' (while it was on charge with a usb-c adapter) so I turned it off to charge it but when I turned it off it stopped charging and I couldn't turn it back on, only the keyboard would lightup nothing else would happen, I've checked 2 charging cables both don't charge it but the same 2 charge my phone so idk what to do
