I tried re-installing Windows 11 everytime and when I delete the windows.old folder, my laptop just goes black screen but still responsive. I can still click caps lock and the indicator on my laptop keyboard lights up, but there's absolutely nothing on my screen. It seems to get fixed by restarting my device, but I'm not sure if that'll be enough to fix the problem. Hope someone can help.Edit: Just reinstalled, and it randomly blacked out. I think my laptop got put to sleep and then I opened it and my mouse cursor disappeared. Well now I can say that it's not from deleting windows.old. Because
