Windows 11 laptop stuck in windows 11 update loop

My Laptop is In a boot loop with windows update. After passing bios it goes to "Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on." then the screen goes black for a sec then goes to "Something Didn't go as Planned. No Need To Worry - Undoing changes. Please Keep Your Computer on." it then Restarts and tries this again. Any Help is Greatly appreciated. Laptop SpecsAsus Zenbook Duo 14" (UX482EA)Intel Core i7 1165G716Gb LPDDR4X Ram 4266mHzIntel Iris Onboard GraphicsTried Using my original 65w charger and my 3rd party 65w charger as well as my My E-gpu to charge it at 100w
